Exercise Central 1

You will have assignments from Exercise Central at the end of most weeks.  The purpose of this assignment is for you to see the areas you need to work on. You will not be graded on your actual score, but instead on completing the Exercise Central assignments.

There are two parts to these assignments.

1. You will need to go to the Exercise Central website to take the quizzes (this is a hyperlink or go to: http://bcs.bedfordstmartins.com/exercisecentral/Exercises/DiagnosticCenter/59).

2. If you have not taken a class with me previously, you will need to create an account and your own password. Click on "New User" and register as a student. 

3. After that, you will be prompted to enter my e-mail address, which is <susanne.bentley@gbcnv.edu>. You will do this for each quiz, but the program should save a copy of the e-mail address, so you will not need to type it each time.

4. Take each the Exercise Central quizzes listed below. When you are finished with each of the Exercise Central quizzes, come back to this assignment, scroll to the bottom of the page, select "Take the Quiz," in which you will answer a true/false question confirming that you completed the assignments. You will do this each week.

5. There will always be two attempts to send me your response to the true/false question in case you have some error. You can also repeat quizzes in Exercise Central and take other quizzes to help you improve in any areas in which you need more practice. You may use your book for any help with quizzes.

6.  In order to receive course credit for completing the assignment, you will need to scroll down to the bottom of each quiz in Web Campus, click on "Take the Quiz," and confirm that you completed the Exercise Central assignment.
